June Project

Now that we can show our work, I have posted a picture of my June piece-I hope anyway. I'm doing Leaves and Flowers in Postcard size. I've always wanted to do a completely beaded piece and learned so much. It takes a long time, and I think I forced too many beads into the space. Sandy in La Center

That is delightful Sandy, I love your mix of browns & greens, two of my favorite colours

I don't think you forced too many beads into the space, as I can't see where the beading has buckled at all & that is usually what happens if you put your bead rows too close together. But even if it has buckled slightly it's still a beautiful piece..

Hi Sandy,
What a lovely piece you have done here. Browns and greens are not my usual choice but honestly this one is stunning. I like it very much. Your beading is so nice and neat and all the shades melting into one another.... Nice work
((((hugs))))

This is wonderful! Doesn't look crowded at all and the colors are scrumptious.

It's just stunning Sandy - what talent! I love all the 'textures' and colours in the leaf - just gorgeous. Val

Beautiful Sandy...love the colors you used. I don't see that you put too many beads in the space. I know when I do it buckles all up on me.

Sandy, your piece is gorgeous. I love how you used the beads with different finishes, it's a great effect.
