I heard a country song that said something like when you are in hell keep on going, you might get through it before the devil knows you are there. Bad weeks do pass so hold on. Put one bead or one stitch on your piece and see if it doesn't bring some peace.
If your troubles are with your beading piece post a question about it and maybe someone can help.

in effetti i miei problemi non sono molto gravi e sapere che ci sono persone che, anche senza conoscermi pensano a me, li fa sembrare ancor più banali. se penso ai problemi che ci sono nel mondo, mi sembra quasi di aver rubato qualcosa... poichè, dopotutto, non ho nulla di grave di cui lamentarmi. spero abbiate compreso... non so se babel fish potrà tradurre i sentimenti.
