This is the piece I stitched in September-not my favorite, but I wanted to try fusing floral print motifs to the background and beading them. When I do the book of pieces, it will probably in a spring item. Sandy in La Center.

It's lovely, sandy....have you added it to the flickr site?
Very pretty. Did you have any trouble getting the needle through the fusing? I haven't tried that yet and I was curious.

I like it quite a lot, simple and sweet... although not so wonderful as your August piece. Maybe it's because the background is plain? It's really great that you are using the BJP to experiment! I'm interested to hear your response to Arline's question.
I guess we have to accept that we won't like all of our BJP pieces equally well. Of mine, it's July that doesn't quite cut the mustard.
These are very sweet flowers Sandy - You are going to have quite the garden when you're done ~ smile
With 12 pages, we are going to like some better than others. Sometimes I like one part more than the rest of the page. These flowers are spring looking. Remind me of the simple apple blossom or cherry blossom everyone likes so much.
