Almost done

I finally got all my pieces scanned & sent to the official website. I still haven't gotten them sewn onto the wall hanging. Okay, I confess that I don't have the wall hanging done yet. I've had so many deadlines coming up & then I went to a doll makers conference this month and taught a mini class. I don't have the pieces posted on my blog yet, but I wanted to share with you all a little bit of excitement for me. I have my beaded dolls on the cover of Doll Crafter & Costuming October 2008. This is my first cover & I am still so excited about it. So please check out my blog to see my post. Also this piece won 2nd place for beginning professional category at EDAC.

    Wow, this is turning out to be a good year for you Speediebeadie! Your dolls are amazing but how do you have the time to do all of them, I'm impressed and jealous.

    I drink LOTS OF COFFEE!!!!!!! No really, once I get inspired, I'm like an obsessed person. I don't hear the phone, I don't hear the door bell & my spouse has to remind me that I need to go to work.
