Meet Me!

Just a Quickie post to see if I've learned correctly how to do this. I'm Cathy Winter from Houston, Texas -- home to the fabulous International Quilt Market & Festival each fall. I look forward to meeting any & everyone of you who happen to venture this way then. But more about me: I've been a quilter for years, am just beginning to dabble in beading and other artistic fiber art areas, so I am quite excited to be a member of this fabulous group.

I have not yet decided on my Bead Journal size, but am thinking a postcard 4" x 6" size or perhaps a 5" square -- something that's not too large nor too small.

Now that I've mastered posting to our blog site, I'll have to learn how to add photos to it -- but first need to make my first Bead Journal so I have a something to photograph! I am looking forward to the helpful "how-to's" from everyone, but also don't mind fumbling around on my own too.
